Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, 20 January 2026 – A branding and marketing solutions specialist company, SBS Nexus Berhad (“SBS Nexus” or the “Company”; Stock Name: SBS and Stock Code: 0386), made its debut on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad today.
SBS Nexus is principally an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”), SBS Nexus Group is a branding and marketing solutions specialist, principally involved in the provision of offline branding solutions and digital branding solutions.
From the initial public offering (“IPO”) proceeds of RM30.63 million raised from the IPO exercise, the Company plans to utilise RM7.10 million (23.2%) for the set-up of a new headquarters, RM7.25 million (23.7%) for business expansion, RM0.74 million (2.4%) will be used for branding, marketing and promotional activities, RM6.00 million (19.6%) for repayment of borrowings, RM5.04 million (16.4%) for working capital and RM4.50 million (14.7%) to pay off listing expenses.
SBS Nexus has recorded strong financial growth, with revenue increased from RM11.60 million for financial year ended 31 December 2022 (“FYE 2022”) to RM29.92 million in financial year ended 31 December 2024 (“FYE 2024”) and its profit after tax grew from RM1.58 million in FYE 2022 to RM7.60 million in FYE 2024, grew at a compounded annual growth rate of 219% per annum. SBS Nexus has recorded revenue of RM33.63 million and profit after tax of RM7.12 million for the 9-month financial period ended 30 September 2025.
